every client of the Bath House

for their satisfaction and their pets comfort.
The welcoming staff of The Bath House
has a combined experience of over 60 years,
and this shows in pride and care
that is taken with every pet..
Everything possible has been done
for each pets comfort and safety.
The Bath House is kept clean and sanitary,
and is always kept thermostatically controlled.
Only the best shampoos,
conditioners and skin treatments
are used at no extra charge.
Whether a pet receives a "hair style" or not,
every pet's service includes
a warm bath, blow dry, clipped nails,
ears cleaned, brush-out, cologne,
bow tie and a treat, nail polish if requested.
Our clients even receive a courtesy call
when their pets are ready to go home.

In order to provide the professional
service each client expects from
our grooming staff,
The Bath House respectfully requests
the following policies be observed

1. We ask that your pets arrive
for their appointments between
7:45 & 9:00 am for drop-off .

This allows our staff to
appropriately allocate the
needed time for each pet.

2. Please pay attention to the closing time.

A late fee is assessed to
all late pick-ups.

3. For your pets comfort,

please walk your pet in
the grassy area next to the
Bath House prior to dropping-off.
Restrict morning feeding
and allow plenty of time for bathroom walks.

4. If you can not make your
grooming appointment time

we ask that you call and inform
The Bath House
24 hours in advance
or as soon as possible.

If after hours, please leave a message.
We will be happy to
re-schedule the appointment with you.

"No-Shows"
create severe scheduling problems
with our grooming staff.

COME FOR THE EXPERIENCE

An additional service
the Bath House offers
is tooth brushing,
which is sanitary and pain free.
Each tooth brushing includes
the pets own personal dental kit.
This service keeps teeth cleaner
by preventing new stains
and tartar buildup.
Excellent for breath control
and can be done along with
your normal grooming
at an additional fee.
This is a surface brushing,
not to be confused with what
the veterinarians do.
The goal is to stimulate the gums
and separate the tartar build-up
from the teeth and gums
so it can break away from
the teeth while eating
a biscuit or a meal.
